HQ Services runs a small network of creators, developers and automation builders. You learn the craft, then we offer you jobs from real clients, starting with tasks that match your level.

Your tier sets your share of the client fee and the size of the jobs you are offered. You move up by delivering approved work, not by waiting.

How a job reaches you
Seven steps from client to payment.
Jobs only exist when a client has signed and paid a deposit. You always see your percentage before you say yes.
Client signs and pays a deposit
HQ Services takes a deposit of at least 50% before any work begins.
The job is scoped
We define the deliverables, the deadline and how many members are needed.
Members are matched
By track, tier and availability. Paused members are notified as well.
You accept in writing
Inside the acceptance window. The job offer shows your percentage before you accept.
You deliver
To the brief and the deadline. A single job can run for up to a month.
Quality check
HQ Services reviews the work and fair revision requests must be completed.
Payment is released
By bank transfer, in the same proportion as the client pays.
Pause and return
Life changes. Your seat can wait.
Pay the fee once. If you need a break, pause for up to 6 months and we hold your seat. When you return you do not pay again. While you are paused we still tell you when a job suits you. After 6 months the seat goes back to the waiting list, and you can come back when one opens.
Lifetime access means access to HQ Services training while the network operates.
What this is not
- It is not a job with a salary, and it does not promise a monthly income.
- It is not an investment, and nobody is paid for recruiting another member.
- It is not a place to do side work under the HQ Services name. Work outside our knowledge and written approval is a serious violation.

The full network terms cover the RM 600 minimum, how and when you are paid, ownership of work, confidentiality and what happens if something goes wrong. A full refund is available within 7 days of joining if you have not accessed any training.
