Visa and residency

Move to Malaysia with a plan, not a guess.

We help professionals, families and employers choose the right pass, prepare a complete application and follow it through. We tell you honestly what fits and what does not.

Pathways

Six routes we can help with.

Each application is different. After an assessment we recommend the route that fits, and say plainly if none of these does.

Employment Pass

Professionals hired by a Malaysian company, and the companies hiring them.

We assess eligibility, prepare the employer and candidate documents, liaise with the Expatriate Services Division, and guide you through arrival formalities.

Dependant Pass

Spouses and children of pass holders.

We check eligibility against the main pass, prepare the identity and relationship documents, then submit and follow up.

Permanent Residency

Long term residents and professionals building a life in Malaysia.

We give you an honest eligibility review, prepare the documents and set out a realistic view of timing and risk before you apply.

Professional Visit Pass

Specialists coming for short term work or technical services.

We confirm the pass fits the work, prepare the sponsor documents and submit.

Malaysia My Second Home

Families and retirees planning a long stay.

Register your interest. Applications are handled through licensed partner agents, and we confirm the current programme rules with you before you commit to anything.

Domestic helper placement

Households that need live in help.

We guide the employer through the requirements and arrange placement through licensed placement partners.

How we work

Five stages, each one explained.

You get a written plan before anything is submitted, and an update at every stage.

  1. Stage 1

    Assessment

A senior advisor reviews your situation and tells you honestly which pathway fits, and which ones do not.

  2. Stage 2

    Pathway plan

You receive a written plan with the route, the documents, who does what and a realistic range for timing.

  3. Stage 3

    Documentation and compliance

We prepare and check every document against the authority's requirements before anything is submitted.

  4. Stage 4

    Submission and liaison

We submit, follow up with the authority and answer queries, and we keep you updated at each stage.

  5. Stage 5

    Approval and settlement

After approval we help you settle in, from endorsements and arrival formalities to practical next steps.

Questions

Straight answers.

No, and nobody honest can. The decision belongs to the immigration authorities. What we control is the quality of the application: the right pathway, complete documents and a clear case. We tell you at the start if your chances look weak.

It depends on the pass, the authority and the details of your case. After the assessment we give you a realistic range in writing, and we update it if anything changes.

Fees are fixed and agreed in writing before we start. Government fees and levies are itemised separately, so you can see exactly what goes to the authorities and what pays for our work.

MM2H enquiries are handled through licensed partner agents. Register your interest and we will confirm the current programme rules before you decide.

English, Bahasa Malaysia and Arabic. Families and executives from the Gulf region can speak to an advisor directly in Arabic.

Malaysia does not have a separate visa category for this. Families are placed on the pathway that fits their situation, such as an Employment Pass, a Dependant Pass or MM2H. We help you choose and plan it respectfully.

Usually through a Dependant Pass, subject to the main pass holder's eligibility. We plan both applications together so the timing lines up.

We review the reasons with you and set out the options, which may include an appeal or a fresh application where the rules allow. We do not promise a particular result.

No. We are an independent advisory firm and are not affiliated with any Malaysian government body.
