Network terms
The terms, in plain words.
These are the terms of the HQ Services Creator and Builder Network. A signed membership agreement is issued to every member, and it prevails if it differs from this summary.
General terms
No income guarantee
Earnings come only from real client work. HQ Services does not guarantee any number of jobs or any level of income.
Client demand
Jobs depend on client demand, your track and your tier. Some months may bring no job suited to you.
Independent contractors
Members are independent contractors, not employees, partners or agents of HQ Services, and are responsible for their own tax and statutory obligations.
Fee purpose
The RM 300 fee is for training, onboarding and placement. It is not an investment, and no member is paid for recruiting another member.
Lifetime access
Lifetime access means access to HQ Services training while the network operates.
Pausing and seats
A member can pause and return whenever they want without paying the fee again. A paused seat is held for up to 6 months. After that the seat returns to the waiting list, and the member can come back when a seat opens.
Refund
A full refund within 7 days of joining if no training has been accessed. None after that.
Changes
HQ Services may update these terms with written notice. Changes apply only to jobs offered after the notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
The RM 600 Minimum Member Payment
What the minimum is
The Minimum Member Payment is RM 600 per member, per job, paid by HQ Services to a member who completes a job and has it approved.
How it is set
It equals 15% of the minimum client job value of RM 4,000 per member on the job. HQ Services will not offer jobs below that value to members of this network.
Per member, not per team
The RM 600 applies to each member individually. Where a job has several members, the share is divided by workload and no member's payment will fall below RM 600.
A floor, not a fixed rate
Your payment is 15% to 30% of the client payment, set by your tier, the number of members and the workload, and stated in the job offer before you accept. If the calculation gives less than RM 600, RM 600 applies. If it gives more, you receive the higher amount.
Conditions to earn it
You must accept the job in writing within the acceptance window, deliver by the agreed deadline, follow the brief and pass the HQ Services quality check. Work that is late, incomplete or rejected after fair revision requests is not entitled to the minimum.
When you are paid
By bank transfer within 7 working days after the client's payment has cleared and your work is approved. Where the client pays in stages, you are paid in the same proportion within 7 working days of each payment clearing. HQ Services bears the transfer charges.
If a job stops early
If the client or HQ Services cancels after you have started, and it is not your fault, you are paid for the work completed and approved up to that point. The full minimum applies only to completed and approved jobs. If you withdraw or are removed for breach, you receive payment only for approved tasks, if any.
Not an income guarantee
The minimum applies per job. It is not a monthly or yearly income. Jobs depend on client demand, your track and your tier, and HQ Services does not promise a number of jobs.
Tax
Payments are gross. Members are independent contractors and are responsible for their own tax and statutory obligations.
Changes
HQ Services may change these terms with written notice. Changes apply only to jobs offered after the notice. Jobs already accepted keep their original terms.
Disputes
Raise any payment concern in writing within 7 days of the payment date. HQ Services will respond within 7 working days. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
Rules of membership
Deadlines and quality
Deadlines are agreed in the job offer and are binding once you accept. Work must follow the brief and pass the HQ Services quality check.
Communication
You respond to messages about a live job within the agreed window.
Confidentiality
Client information, files and access details are confidential, during and after your time in the network.
Ownership
All work you create under a job belongs to HQ Services once the client has paid, and you must not reuse it elsewhere.
Corrections
If your work contains mistakes, you correct them at no extra pay.
Clients
You must not approach HQ Services clients directly, for yourself or anyone else, during your membership and for 12 months after you leave.
Work outside HQ Services approval
Any work, project, quotation or service carried out under the HQ Services name, for an HQ Services client, or using HQ Services branding, templates, materials or training, without HQ Services' prior knowledge and written approval, is a serious violation of these terms. HQ Services may remove the member immediately without refund and withhold payment connected to the affected work. HQ Services will take legal action to protect its clients, its name and its work, and reserves the right to recover any loss it suffers.
Removal
HQ Services may remove a member for repeated poor delivery, missed deadlines, breach of confidentiality or any breach of these terms.
